the curse continues
so as my camry lay quietly in the service center at toyota, the van died on Tom at pye lane. great. my vacuum broke, again, and we still don't have a tv or a weed wacker. dad could not leave work, so Tom got a ride from a stranger home. the van is still at pye lane, and dad just went over there with Tom to check it out. poor dad.

good in the end... we decided to take the battery out and just take that to Sears to have it tested, as the simplest solution. I had looked up the receipt, and we had bought it at Sears in 2003, June. It had a 36 month warranty. figures. well, come to find out, I read it wrong, it was purchased in 2005, and it was a bad leaking battery, so they gave us a new one for free, we drove back and put it in, and wellah! it worked! good choice. the camry I pulled out of toyota lot at at 2:30 since they hadn't even looked at it yet. so that still has a check engine light and a bumpy suspension system, which can now wait a week or 2.
