thanks to a wonderful previous mothers day gift, I get to enjoy bluebirds every year. we have 3 eggs today, 3 yesterday. it is weird that they lay one egg at a time like that. we usually get 4 or 5. I will check and see if there is one more tomorrow. the nest has bluebird eggs in it, but it is not the usual bluebird nest. it is really messy. they usually build very neat, round nests. strange.
I was hoping for a hummingbird feeder this mothers day. hint to tom.
